In this 1 month program, you will be eating nourishing foods that will kick your sugar addiction to the curb while teaching your body to crave healthy food. When we eat better, our energy increases, our hormones balance and we see improvements with sleep, PMS, periods, and things like headaches and hormonal acne.
This program is designed to get you used to cooking healthy, balanced meals and it takes things a step further by showing you which recipes are best depending on which phase you’re in- either Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal, or Menstrual.
