5 ingredient vegan cookies + tips on how to not over indulge

Okay, so as you've heard me say a million times, sugar is our ENEMY. However, we also have to live a little! These 5 ingredient cookies are quick and easy to bring to a gathering, or to keep for yourself.


Tips on how not to binge on sweets:

  1. make the cookies then eat 1-2 and freeze the rest for a later date

  2. share with friends and family

  3. have leafy greens in your meals to curb sugar cravings


Now for the fabulous cookies, you'll need:

  1. 1/4 cup club soda (YEP, IT'S AN EGG REPLACEMENT! who knew?!)

  2. 1 cup peanut butter (alwayssss organic)

  3. 1/3 cup chocolate chips (high quality please, I love HU Chocolate)

  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda

  5. 1/2 cup dates

blend all ingredients in a food processor (make sure dates are soft and peanut butter and chocolate are melted). roll into balls and put on parchment paper. bake at 350 for 12 minutes and enjoy!
