Top Five Favorite YouTube Workouts
Working out at home sure has its challenges… noise from housemates/family members in the background, dogs that lick your face everytime you start doing your floor exercises, phones that won’t stop ringing, the list of distractions could go on. If it is not the at-home distractions that get you, it might be the at-home excuses that prevent you from working out, not enough space, no equipment, don’t know what to do or how to start…. Sounds familiar right?
Although we can’t stop your baby from crying, contain your dog from giving you a million kisses in the middle of your workout or magically create more space in your house, we can provide you with a curated list of 5 of our favorite real-time YouTube workouts.
These workouts are free, guided, range in length from 5 minutes to 20 minutes, and will be sure to help you achieve your workout goals even if that is just stretching IN BED… yes we did include a workout you can do from your own bed!
Dayana Wang’s 5 minute guided stretch in bed is the perfect way to wake up or unwind. I have personally incorporated this stretch into my routine the past month and find that it is the perfect way to start/end my day.

Planks are honestly one of my favorite exercises! There are many verifications, modifications, and ways to make them more challenging. They also truly do sculpt your body especially if you do them for 10 whole minutes with Kyla Beland!

Sarah Day/Stevenson or Sezzy as she refers to herself has multiple at-home workouts on her channel, all of which I am obsessed with. This one happened to be my favorite and is a true challenge!
